Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required — just sign up and start scheduling.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the Billing page. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you charge per employee?
No. Our pricing is per company, not per employee. The Starter plan supports up to 15 employees, and Pro/Enterprise have unlimited employees.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Each company gets isolated data with multi-tenant security. Only your team can access your schedules, timesheets, and payroll data.
Do you support NY tax compliance?
Yes. We calculate NY state withholding, NYC tax, Yonkers tax, paid family leave, and disability insurance automatically — all configurable in Settings.
What happens after my trial?
Your trial includes all Pro features. After 14 days, you choose a plan. If you don't choose, your account moves to the Starter plan.
